For Red Bull we flew across the country and visited 617 gas station shops. The wings of the famous energy drink came in handy! Specially trained field marketers focused on the presentation of Red Bull in the shops.
We made a site report for each gas station shop. We checked on various checkpoints, like presentation and displays. The results were immediately available for Red Bull in our online reporting system.
The team checked which flavors are present and the number of sales presentations in the shop. If the shop rated insufficient, the team could directly communicate with the shop owner and get into action. They carried shelf strips and cards loaded with the new Red Bull promotions with them especially for that purpose.
